The Inspector General of Police Meets Qatar's Director General of Public Security
The Inspector General of Police (IGP), CG Felix Namuhoranye, is in Qatar for a three-day working visit aimed at strengthening ties between Rwanda and Qatar.
During his visit, IGP Namuhoranye attended a graduation ceremony for Police Cadets at the Qatar Police Academy in Doha. The event was presided over by His Highness Amir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Emir of Qatar.
The IGP also held bilateral discussions with Major General Mohammed Jassim Al-Sulaiti, Director General of Public Security, to discuss areas of mutual cooperation. He later visited Ras Laffan College, an institution for Emergency and Rescue Operations training.
This visit underscores Rwanda's commitment to fostering international partnerships in policing and security.
