PRESIDENT KAGAME MEETS H.H. SHEIKH TAMIM BIN HAMAD AL THANI IN DOHA
During his one-day working visit to the State of Qatar, President Paul Kagame met with His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, at the Amiri Diwan in Doha.
During their meeting, the two leaders discussed the strong brotherly relations between Rwanda and Qatar and reviewed ongoing cooperation across key sectors of mutual benefit. They reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening the partnership between the two countries.
President Kagame and His Highness Sheikh Tamim also exchanged views on regional developments and current international affairs, emphasizing the importance of promoting international peace and security. President Kagame expressed Rwanda’s solidarity and continued support for the people of Qatar.
