President Kagame Sends a Written Message to HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani
His Excellency President Paul Kagame has conveyed a written message to His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, concerning the continued strengthening of bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to further enhance cooperation across key sectors.
The message was delivered by Dr. Vincent Biruta, Minister of Interior of the Republic of Rwanda, during his meeting with H.E. Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Minister of Interior of the State of Qatar and Commander of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya).
The discussions also touched on existing areas of cooperation, particularly in security, as well as broader regional and international matters of mutual interest.
