Rwanda and Qatar Strengthen Cooperation in Internal Security

Doha, Qatar – The Minister of Interior of Rwanda, H.E. Dr. Vincent Biruta, met with the Minister of Interior and Commander of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya), H.E. Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, on 29 October, 2024.
