Minister Paula Ingabire Highlights AI’s Role in Driving Economic Growth at Doha Forum

H.E. Paula Ingabire, Rwanda’s Minister of ICT and Innovation, was among the panelists at Doha Forum 2024, sharing insights on leveraging technology to address global challenges.

During the session “Competitiveness in the Era of Intelligent Economies,” she emphasized the importance of inclusive AI policies and partnerships to overcome Africa’s digital divide. She highlighted AI’s potential to foster social and economic equity when implemented thoughtfully. In another session, “Financing the Future: Tackling the Global Education Crisis,” Minister Ingabire advocated for innovative funding strategies to bridge education gaps, focusing on technology’s role in expanding access across Africa. 

Her contributions showcased Rwanda’s commitment to using technology to drive inclusive growth and development.
