Requirement:
•    Photocopy of Rwanda ID or Passport
•    A request letter addressed to the Ambassador, this letter should be locally notarized before the Embassy Notarize it and should include the following:
                  - Applicant physical Address in Qatar and contact information
                  - List of all Items intended to be shipped to Rwanda

•    Photocopy of the Title document is required if the list include a vehicle. The applicant must have owned the vehicle for a minimum of 12 months. 
•    A proof of payment of 40QR (This fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable)
Self-addressed, traceable envelope. These can be found at any of your nearest post services office. Non traceable envelopes will not be accepted. 

The Embassy DOES NOT process payment by cash, postal orders or cheques. All payments must be made by bank transfer, online transfer or direct cash deposit to the Embassy Account using the details below:

NOTE: All applications must be submitted with a proof of payment (i.e. Payment receipt, payment confirmation, cash deposit receipt from our bank, transfer receipt from your bank, screenshot of online banking transfer with amount, date and account information visible)
