Requirement :

•    A Copy of residence permit or any other document stating the applicant’s status in Qatar 
•    A signed application letter addressed to the Ambassador.
•    A copy of the Rwanda ID or passport.
•    Recommendation letter from your nearest Rwandan Community Leader in Qatar, or community leader in Rwanda 
•    A proof of payment of 40QR (This fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable)

The Embassy DOES NOT process payment by cash, postal orders or cheques. All payments must be made by bank transfer, online transfer or direct cash deposit to the Embassy Account using the details below:

NOTE: All applications must be submitted with a proof of payment (i.e. Payment receipt, payment confirmation, cash deposit receipt from our bank, transfer receipt from your bank, screenshot of online banking transfer with amount, date and account information visible)
