•    Seal from a local notary on your POS document
•    Photocopy of representative government – issued ID
•    Photocopy of applicant government – issued ID
•    Photocopy of official land titles of property and /or assets
•    Application letter addressed to the Ambassador requesting for the Embassy notary, please include the following in the letter:
a)    Applicant physical address int the state of Qatar and contact information
b)    Names of their representative.
c)    Location of the property in Rwanda {village, district, and province}
d)    A proof of payment  of 40QR(This fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable)

The Embassy DOES NOT process payment by cash, postal orders or cheques. All payments must be made by bank transfer, online transfer or direct cash deposit to the Embassy Account using the details below:
