•    A signed application letter addressed to the Ambassador.
•    A copy of the Rwanda ID or passport.
•    Documents issued by the Rwanda competent authority stating the applicant’s parents, date of birth and place of birth (Birth Certificate from the sector in Rwanda)
•    A proof of payment of 40QR (no refundable) 
•    A prepaid, traceable, and self-addressed envelope for the embassy to return the document back to the applicant.

The Embassy DOES NOT process payment by cash, postal orders or cheques. All payments must be made by bank transfer, online transfer or direct cash deposit to the Embassy Account using the details below:
