•    A signed application letter addressed to the Ambassador.
•    A copy of the Rwanda ID or passport.
•    Proof of celibacy 
•    A proof of payment of 40QR (no refundable) 
•    Seal of a local Notary on application letter addressed to the Ambassador requesting for the Embassy notary. please include the following in the letter:
            - Applicant physical Address in Qatar and contact information
A prepaid, traceable, and self-addressed envelope for the embassy to return the document back to the applicant
