Please mail the following required documents/information:
•    Application letter addressed to the Ambassador requesting for a body repatriation document including contact details (both phone number and email) of the deceased’s family relative in Rwanda
•    Death certificate
•    Certificate of non-communicable disease
•    Certificate of embalming
•    A proof of payment of 40QR (This fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable)

Submission of an incomplete application, in short of one or more of the able requirements will be returned. 
The Embassy DOES NOT process payment by cash, postal orders or cheques. All payments must be made by bank transfer, online transfer or direct cash deposit to the Embassy Account using the details below:

NOTE: All applications must be submitted with a proof of payment (i.e. Payment receipt, payment confirmation, cash deposit receipt from our bank, transfer receipt from your bank, screenshot of online banking transfer with amount, date and account information visible)
